UAE residents need a valid Emirates ID and driving licence. Visitors need a passport with an entry stamp and a licence from the same country as the passport, or an international driving permit. The booking must be in the main driver’s name.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes. Delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai is free. For other emirates, ask us and we will confirm the cost.
Can you meet me at Dubai Airport?
Yes. Send us your flight number when you book and the car will be waiting at the right terminal when you land.
Is insurance included?
Every car is insured under UAE law, and comprehensive insurance is standard on our fleet. Damage caused by unauthorised drivers or driving under the influence is not covered.
How do I pay?
Cash, or Visa and MasterCard in the renter’s own name. Salik tolls and traffic fines during the rental are charged to the renter.
What is the cancellation policy?
Daily, weekly and monthly rentals cancel free up to 24 hours before the start; later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Hourly bookings and packages: the deposit is non-refundable. Airport transfers need 48 hours’ notice.
What if I return the car late?
A rental day is 24 hours. Up to 59 minutes late is free, 1–2 hours is charged half a day, and more than 2 hours is a full extra day.
Can I add a second driver?
Yes, free of charge, as long as they meet the same driver requirements and are registered on the rental agreement.
