Renting a luxury car in Dubai is simpler than most visitors expect. There is no counter to visit and no queue: the car comes to you. Here is how it works with MTN, from choosing the car to handing back the keys.
1. Choose the car for the trip, not just the photo
Start with what the days look like. A Ferrari F8 Tributo or McLaren 750S Spider is made for a weekend drive. A Porsche 911 Cabriolet is a sports car you can use every day, with two small rear seats. The Range Rover Sport and the seven-seat Cadillac Escalade give you space for family and luggage, and a Kia K5 or BMW 520i keeps a longer rental simple. If you are unsure, tell us the plan and we suggest two or three cars that fit.
2. Check the documents you need
The booking must be in the name of the main driver. UAE residents need a valid Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors need their passport with the entry stamp and a driving licence from the same country as the passport, or an international driving permit. If you are not sure your licence is accepted, send us a photo of it before you book and we will tell you.
3. Agree the dates, the delivery place and the price
Send us the car, the dates and where you want it delivered: hotel, home, office or the airport. We confirm availability and the total price in a message. A rental day is 24 hours from the delivery time, and weekly and monthly rates are available on request.
4. Understand what is included
- Insurance: every car is insured under UAE law, with comprehensive cover as standard on our fleet.
- Delivery: delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free.
- Extra drivers: a second driver can be added free of charge, as long as they meet the same requirements.
- Your costs: fuel, Salik road tolls and any traffic fines during the rental are paid by the renter.
5. Take delivery
The car arrives cleaned and fuelled at the agreed time. Walk around it with our driver: any existing mark is noted and photographed before you sign, so nobody is in doubt at the end.
6. Return it on time
We collect the car where you are. Up to 59 minutes late is free; one to two hours late is charged half a day; more than two hours is a full extra day. If your plans change, message us and we extend the rental while the car is available.
That is all there is to it. When you are ready, send us the car and the dates and we will take it from there.
