Before you book
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day bookings are often possible. For weekends, holidays and events, book a few days ahead to be sure of the car you want.
Is a chauffeur included?
Self-drive rentals come without a driver. For chauffeur services the driver is part of the booking; tell us the times and the route.
What documents do I need?
To drive yourself: Emirates ID or passport with entry stamp and a valid licence. With a chauffeur, only the main renter's details.
Can I cancel?
Daily rentals: free up to 24 hours before. Hourly bookings and packages: the deposit is non-refundable. Airport transfers need 48 hours’ notice.
